The Utah Unclaimed Property Act (Section 67-4a et.seq) requires holders to report property presumed to be abandoned or unclaimed to the Treasurer after the stated dormancy period for each property type. For unclaimed property identified as of June 30th, the deadline to report electronically is November 1st.

    Prepare and mail due diligence letters to property owners with an existing good address.
